Johnny Depp, 54, seemed pale and gaunt during his latest public outing in Germany.
This Monday, the actor was seen enjoying the day with his band, The Hollywood Vampires.
Depp looked unrecognizable in a bizarre striped long-sleeved shirt, blazer and trucker hat.
He looked frail as he signed autographs for adoring fans.
