Kelsey Grammer has made a $200,000 profit on the sale of a Spanish Colonial mansion he owned in Beverly Hills, Calif., Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

The ex-Frasier star sold the six-bedroom property for $6.7 million -- complete with a guest house -- after purchasing it, with his new wife Kayte Walsh, in April last year for $6.5 million.

According to the Keller Williams Hollywood Hills realtor listing, the home was originally designed in 1926 and offers a "dramatic two-story entry blends a perfectly proportioned galleria and step down living room."
