Cheban hosted the party but refused to mingle with the guest while being surrounded by three security guards, an eyewitness told Breaking Celebrity News about the New York City bash he hosted.
“He was demanding the most expensive champagne and they told him they didn’t serve that,” the snitch revealed.
Cheban was spotted arguing with the club owners at the Halloween bash.
Kardashian’s best friend “acted like a jerk
for a while at the party,” the eyewitness told Breaking Celebrity News.
