Paris Jackson is back on track! One month after Breaking Celebrity News revealed the struggling star checked into rehab for drug and alcohol abuse, the 20-year-old daughter of late King of Pop Michael Jackson showed off a 30-day sobriety chip for Narcotics Anonymous on her keychain while walking her dog in Los Angeles, Calif. On Monday, February 18, Paris Jackson walked her dog outside of her home in L.A. — just as she has been nearly every day since leaving treatment last week.
Breaking Celebrity News can reveal the orange keychain in her back pocket is actually a Narcotics Anonymous chip celebrating 30 days of sobriety.
Paris has spoken about her battle with addiction in the past, as well as suicide attempts and an alleged sexual assault when she was just 14. Since her teen years, she has had multiple stints in rehab.
According to a Jackson family insider, the shocking new child sex abuse allegations about her late dad proved to be too much for Paris to handle. "She turned to drugs and alcohol to numb the pain," the source told Breaking Celebrity News.
Last week, Breaking Celebrity News was the first to report that Paris had gotten clean and was back in a recovery program again.
