Diaz, 45, was spotted at Whole Foods on Feb. 18.
The actress was sporting baggy jeans and an oversized sweater, ideal for covering up her growing belly.
As Breaking Celebrity News reported, Diaz and her husband Madden, 38, are said to be expecting their first child together after they had gone through several unsuccessful rounds of IVF treatments.
News of the couple's baby joy was reported after the couple stepped out on Christmas Eve. Diaz sported a baggy dress and cradled her stomach.

The two couldn't stop beaming, leading insiders to suspect their baby dreams were finally coming true.
"Cameron and Benji have been wanting to start a family practically from the moment they said, 'I do,' almost three years ago," an insider told Breaking Celebrity News at the time. "But getting pregnant has been a long and difficult effort."
