The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter plans to submit photos of “physical injuries from domestic abuse” in her bitter divorce battle, Breaking Celebrity News exclusively learned.

According to court documents filed in Orange County, Calif. on August 5, Gina submitted a “Exhibit List” that included details of the evidence she plans to present in her bitter divorce from Matt Kirschenheiter, whom she has accused of hitting her when he was arrested as their divorce hit a low point.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Matt is fighting back against Gina’s claims that he abuses drugs and alcohol and says that she is obsessed with revenge and reality TV fame.

The RHOC star’s attorney filed the documents detailing the list of witnesses she planned to call to support her version of events, including family, friends and the police officer that responded to a call of domestic abuse at their Orange County home.

Petitioner’s Exhibit List filed in Gina and Matt’s explosive divorce included details about what she planned to present as evidence in their upcoming hearing. “Various photos of Petitioner’s physical injuries from domestic abuse,” the documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News stated.

As Breaking Celebrity News extensively reported, Matt was arrested for domestic violence on June 22. Gina accused Matt of hitting, choking, dragging and even threatening to kill her in the terrifying fight. (He has not yet been charged with a crime.)
