Teresa rarely visited her imprisoned husband during his three-year sentence, and now that he's likely to be deported, she has come up with a sneaky scheme to divorce him, the source claimed.
“Teresa is waiting for the judge to make his ruling — and then she is going to file for divorce from Joe,” an insider snitched to Breaking Celebrity News.
In October, Breaking Celebrity News first revealed a judge ordered Joe to be deported from the U.S. to his native Italy for fraud crimes. Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Justice said Joe would be taken into ICE custody upon his March 14 release from prison amid the pending appeal, though a final decision could happen at any time.
If the judge denies his appeal, “she will cave” and file, a source close to the Bravolebrity told Breaking Celebrity News.
“She’s in denial right now” that the judge will likely turn down his plea to stay in the country, the source spilled.
“She’s waiting for the ruling,” the insider told Breaking Celebrity News.
However, even if Joe does win his appeal and is allowed to go home to his four daughters, she will still file for divorce — eventually, the source insisted. “If he wins, it won’t happen right away, but it will happen,” the source explained.
Teresa already seems to have moved on from her marriage. She was caught holding hands and getting cozy with her boy toy Blake Schreck in Miami over President’s Day weekend this year.

Joe’s brother Peter Giudice didn’t support Teresa when asked about her shocking hand-holding photos with Blake. “That’s his thing. Let him figure it out,” Peter told Breaking Celebrity News of his jailbird brother.
Her attorney released a statement about the hand holding photos, saying: “This is a story about someone helping a woman who had some wine and was wearing high heels to her car...There is no cheating, no divorce, no scandal and no story.” However, Breaking Celebrity News caught the couple four times over the weekend.
