Bullock, 52, and Randall, 50, came out to support her children's school at an event on the Santa Monica Pier on May 26.

The Miss Congeniality actress and Randall, whom she's dated since mid-2015, had a blast on rides at the park with little Louis and Laila.

While winning a few prizes, Bullock and Randall shared some PDA. They were seen giving each other a quick peck on the lips during their fun family-oriented outing.

As Breaking Celebrity News has reported, Bullock and her photographer love spend a lot of time together with her kids and photos show he's become like a father figure.

According to Breaking Celebrity News sources, the Hollywood star mom has dated Randall for nearly two years and the children couldn't be happier with him in their lives.

Bullock was heartbroken when previous husband Jesse James cheated on her, as Breaking Celebrity News extensively reported. To make matters worse, the American Chopper tough guy defiantly shrugged, "Men cheat!" in a Daily Mail interview after their marriage imploded. Bullock divorced him in 2010.

Since 2015, Bullock has been seeing Randall and a source told E! she considers him her "soul mate." Her kids love him, too, as a Breaking Celebrity News source said.

But as Breaking Celebrity News has reported, Randall has a dark past, including stints in jail after a 1988 DUI arrest, and a four-day bender in 1990 which left a destroyed hotel room and him hospitalized for severe dehydration. Pals have warned Bullock not to marry Randall, Breaking Celebrity News sources said.
