Chrisley 'Nose' Best? Savannah Gets Plastic Surgery Makeover For Spinoff

Savannah Chrisley has undergone a complete plastic surgery makeover, according to top docs who spoke exclusively to Breaking Celebrity News.
Todd's daughter, 21, who appeared on the reality show Chrisley Knows Best, will be starring on the family's new spinoff series, Growing Up Chrisley, debuting April 2, 2019 on the USA Network.
However, the show should perhaps be dubbed Growing Up Plastic, as Savannah appears to have totally transformed herself!
Doctors consulted by Breaking Celebrity News, who haven't treated Savannah, believe she’s likely had a nose job, cheek implants, lip fillers, eyebrow lift, botox and more!

Savannah Nose Best!
According to Dr. Zara Harutyunyan at L.A.’s famed Cosmetic Rejuvenation, “Not having treated Savannah myself, it definitely seems like she has had her nose thinned by a rhinoplasty. Her nose looks much more defined and narrow compared to her before pictures. She also could have used a few units of Botox to raise the tip of her nose to give it the more sleek look.”
Luscious Lips!
“It also seems like she has had some lip fillers done to give her a nice plump, but subtle look,” Dr. Harutyunyan told Breaking Celebrity News.
Plastic Makes Perfect!
NYC based plastic surgeon, Dr. Adam Schaffner, who has also NOT treated Savannah, told Breaking Celebrity News, “In my opinion, she looks great. Her cheeks to appear to be higher and fuller though.”
Makeup Or Made Up?
Dr. Schaffner told Breaking Celebrity News in his opinion, Savannah's look "may be due to Botox, fillers and/or procedures such as a cheek lift, cheek implants, fat grafting and/or eyelid surgery." However, Dr. Schaffner also opined that her rejuvenated appearance “may be due, in part, to differences in makeup, or lighting.”

Southern California’s go-to plastic surgeon, Dr. Tim Sayed, agreed with his colleagues. "While I have not personally treated Savannah Chrisley, it seems she has benefited from a few common but impactful cosmetic procedures.”

“Savannah appears to have had a nose job and liquid brow lift, possibly using Botox to achieve a more arched brow and opened-eye appearance,” Dr. Sayed, who hasn't treated her, told Breaking Celebrity News.

“She looks like she's also had laser skin treatments to smooth out any imperfections and has noticeable volume and plumpness to her lips, most likely thru the use of lip fillers,” Dr. Sayed added.
