“He seems to be clear of heroin,” a source close to Ryan, 31, and his wife Mackenzie told Breaking Celebrity News. “He hasn’t been wide-eyed or sluggish.”
Boozing
The insider claimed Ryan “does still drink.” “He does his own thing during the day when she’s at work,” the insider said.
Wife Knows Best
“Mackenzie doesn’t trust him fully,” the source said. “She doubts his decisions if she’s not supervising him.”

The insider continued that Ryan hasn’t changed his “careless attitude.” “His personality sucks,” the source said.
Shocking Move
On the season premiere of Teen Mom OG, Ryan ordered a beer while at dinner with Mackenzie after he was released from rehab in November.
