Authorities in Arkansas have responded to Josh Duggar’s lawsuit regarding the release of documents alleging he sexually molested his sisters – and they’re denying the disgraced TLC star “any relief.”

The defendants in the case include both Washington County and the city of Springdale, Arkansas. According to court docs, the defendants are not taking any blame for the release of the documents that exposed Josh as an alleged child molester.

“Defendant Washington County denies each and every allegation of Plaintiff’s Complaint not specifically and expressly admitted herein,” court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News state.

As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, Josh originally filed the lawsuit against the Arkansas authorities on March 9. In the suit, the former 19 Kids and Counting star claims he has suffered “severe emotional distress, mental anguish and substantial loss of income.” 

The defendants, however, aren’t buying it. According to the documents, the Arkansas officials are demanding a trial by jury. They also claim that Josh “has failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.”

Josh filed a similar federal lawsuit last year that was thrown out by a judge.

In 2015, Jill and Jessa Duggar admitted they were two of the four sisters victimized by their brother on Megyn Kelly.
