Chris Soules is set to enter a guilty plea following charges of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned.

"Chris is expected to enter a written guilty plea," a source told Breaking Celebrity News.

Soules, 37, will appear before the judge on Tuesday, November 13 at 2:30p.m., where he plans to plead guilty.

In October, Des Moines Register reported that the parties are expected to reach a plea agreement within 10 days.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Soules rear-ended tractor driver Kenneth Mosher on April 24, 2017. Soules called 911 before fleeing the scene. Paramedics arrived on the scene in attempts to revive Mosher, but were unsuccessful. Mosher was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Soules' lawyers remain that the former reality star did everything right and attempted to appeal the hit and run charges.

In a statement provided to Breaking Celebrity News in January of this year, Attorney Brandon Brown said: "It has been clear since the beginning of this case that Mr. Soules did everything in his power to assist the injured tractor driver, Kenneth Mosher, in the aftermath of the terrible accident on April 24, 2017. The 911 recording from that night shows Mr. Soules kept his wits about him and attempted CPR on Mr. Mosher with the assistance of other first responders."

But the judge shut down their appeal and argued that Soules, "has not shown that the trial information should be dismissed."

On May 16, 2018, Soules initially pleaded not guilty to leaving scene of fatal accident.

A lawyer for Soules did not respond to Breaking Celebrity News's request for comment.
