'Bachelor' Bombshell! Court Docs Reveal Nasty Custody War Chelsea Is Hiding From Arie

Arie Luyendyk is headed for heartbreak as Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively expose one of his leading ladies on The Bachelor is facing a bitter custody battle with her baby daddy.
Breaking Celebrity News has obtained the explosive court papers.

Chelsea Roy — who wooed Arie the first night and received the first impression rose — left all her trouble's behind, including her three-year-old son, to come on the show.
In a custody dispute filed in the State of Maine District Court on September 25, the father of her child, Michael Wilson, demanded he stop paying child support while Roy was getting hot and heavy with Arie, 36.
"Defendant Roy quit her job and moved to California on September 16, 2017 to be a part of the ABC show the Bachelor," Wilson wrote in the court filing.
"The show is filming currently and Defendant could be gone anywhere between two and ten weeks or more," Wilson added. "The parties son, Samuel M. Wilson, is now exclusively residing with plaintiff, who is fully supporting him. Plaintiff should be relieved of his obligation to pay child support to the defendant, who is in California and not supporting the child at all."
Wilson noted that he would be willing to pay child support again once Roy, 29, returned from the show. Currently, Wilson pays over $450 a week in child support.
Back in March of 2016, Roy and Wilson entered a final mediation agreement on the custody of their son. The agreement allowed for both parties to split their time evenly with Samuel.
The agreement also included specific details into how much time they were allowed to talk to each other!
"The parties shall limit their communication to issues and concerns relating to Samuel," the court order stated. "The parties may exchange weekly e-mails for matters that may require discussion. The parties agree to limit their telephone communication and each agrees to honor the other's reasonable request to minimize telephone contacts."
The agreement comes on the heels of a protective order filed by Roy a month prior — in February of 2016 — alleging Wilson abused her.
