A 'Big Bong Theory!' Simon Helberg’s Brother Issued A Warrant For Drug Bust!

The Big Bang Theory’s Simon Helberg has a little brother with one big bong problem!
Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively reveal that Mason Helberg was once busted for drugs and still has a warrant out for his arrest.
According to court documents filed at the Burleigh County Courthouse in North Dakota, Mason, 23, was charged for drug possession in 2014 after a risky car ride with friends.
A North Dakota officer charged the California native with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, after initially stopping him for an alcohol violation, the documents reveal.
“Officers responded to the area for a report that individuals were passing alcohol bottles around in the vehicle parked outside of the Dollar Tree,” an affidavit states.
The officer explained he located a black Dodge Nitro with a California license plate, with three people inside and two outside of the vehicle. It didn’t take long before the officer suspected illegal substances.
“I could detect the odor of burnt marijuana inside of the vehicle,” the officer describes in the affidavit.
“I asked the individuals about this and Mason said that he has a pipe in the car for medical marijuana,” the document furthers.
Mason then gave permission for the officer to search the vehicle.
“We located two glass smoking devices with burnt marijuana residue, 4 packs of zig zags, a grinder with raw marijuana residue, tool with burnt marijuana residue, and a scale with raw marijuana residue,” the officer wrote of his findings.
The affidavit states the officer then asked the group who the items belong to and Mason took responsibility.
According to the docs, Mason was scheduled to appear in court on January, 14, 2015 but did not show up. A deputy clerk confirmed to Breaking Celebrity News that Simon’s brother now has a bench warrant out in the state of North Dakota.
“It’s still pending,” the clerk explained. “A warrant was issued in this case.”
