Bill Clinton underwent life-saving heart surgery 14 years ago and now the famous family has been rocked by another frightening health scare, Breaking Celebrity News has learned exclusively.

The former president almost lost his brother, Roger Clinton, when he collapsed from a heart attack that nearly killed him!

“Roger had a heart attack last year and Bill immediately came to his aid,” a source spilled to Breaking Celebrity News.

“His condition was so serious, he had to be shocked back to life three times!”

The near-death incident happened while Roger was in Utah where he was rushed to the hospital.

And even though the beloved former commander-in-chief, 72, has been consistently embarrassed by his black sheep sibling, who’s had a string of run-ins with the law, Bill wasn’t going to let him languish in a remote hospital all alone.

“Bill immediately flew him to New York to see his cardiologist,” continued the source. “And when he was stable, he went through rehab.”

Heart disease runs in the Clinton clan. In 2004, Bill underwent quadruple heart bypass surgery and it was only during the operation that doctors discovered he had almost 100 percent blockage in some of his arteries – narrowly avoiding a major heart attack.

Before his health crisis, Roger, 62, has lived a hard life of drugs and booze.

He was sentenced to two days in jail, three years probation and ordered to attend a nine-month alcohol program after being charged with a DUI in 2016. He ended up spending only a few hours behind bars in early 2017 stemming from the case.

And in the mid-1980s, while Bill was governor of Arkansas, Roger was arrested for selling cocaine to an undercover police officer – all of which was caught on tape. He pleaded guilty and spent a year in prison.
