Bill Cosby's sexual assault victim confronted the disgraced comic in court on Monday, September 24 during his sentencing hearing, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively report.

Andrea Constand, 45, took the stand as her abuser, 81, faces 30 years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2004, and looked at him directly in the eyes, an onlooker told Breaking Celebrity News. Cosby, however, kept averting her gaze.

"Your honor I have testified. I have given you my victim impact statement. The jury heard me, Mr. Cosby heard me," Constand told the judge. "All I am asking for is justice as the court sees fit.”

Constand's mother, father and sister also testified in front of the court.

"I’ve sacrificed many things through all the years, and Bill Cosby has never paid me or my husband any punitive damages," Gianna Constand told Breaking Celebrity News. "He held his power over me – causing me to feel trapped. This man is above justice. I could only hope and pray that soon some sense of faith will be restored back into our family."

Constand's father Andrew said his daughter "changed" after she was assaulted by Cosby.

"She seemed depressed, vulnerable and slow to react to questions," he told the judge.

"I observed a frail, timid, nervous, weak sister," Constand's sister Diane Parsons echoed.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, the judge will determine how much time Cosby will serve for attacking the former Temple University employee by tomorrow.
