Bristol Palin and her estranged husband were ordered to appear in court to settle their custody arrangement in their bitter divorce, according to bombshell court documents exclusively obtained by Breaking Celebrity News.

Sarah Palin’s daughter was hit with divorce papers filed in Austin, Texas on January 29, 2018 by her husband, Dakota Meyer, but the two had yet to devise a custody plan for their two daughters, Sailor Grace, 2, and Atlee Bay, 9 months.

A judge ruled that Palin was allowed to take the children out of state to Alaska from February 13, 2018 until February 18, 2018.

However, as soon as she returned to Texas on February 18 she would have to drop the children off at “daycare at or before 3pm,” where Meyer would pick them up.

The documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News stated Palin and Meyer’s attorneys needed to be on or before February 20, 2018 “in order to discuss a temporary possession schedule for the parties.”

Palin reportedly moved out of the home she shared with the Medal of Honor recipient in December 2017.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Meyer filed the divorce papers in secret, using their initials DLM and BSMM.

“The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between D.L.M and B.S.M.M that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation,” the documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News stated.

Palin and Meyer tied the knot in May 2017, after initially getting engaged in 2015 but calling it off after Breaking Celebrity News broke the news of his secret marriage.

Weeks after they split Palin announced she was pregnant with her second child. The pair fought over custody of Sailor Grace, but eventually reconciled, married and had another daughter.

As a teenager Palin gave birth to a son, Tripp, with Levi Johnston, announcing her pregnancy during her mother’s failed bid for Vice President.
