Captain Lee Rosbach charters yachts for the rich and famous, but Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively reveal that he’s broke!
Rosbach filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy on March 6, 2017, according to United States Bankruptcy Court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News.
He reported that he was $100,001 to $500,000 in debt, and claimed the expenses were primarily consumer debts. He estimated that he owes up to 49 creditors.
Rosbach filed a request to pay the bankruptcy filing fee in installments, and a judge granted his request the next day.
His other filing documents are still missing, but he has up to two weeks to submit them.
His meeting with creditors will take place on April 13.
Rosbach, 67, just completed filming Below Deck in St. Maarten. He has been the only captain on the show since its 2013 premiere.
