George Anthony’s “incapacitating” car crash ended with his SUV facing the opposite side of the road – and Breaking Celebrity News has the police report rendition of the horrific accident.

Casey Anthony’s father was traveling on Interstate 4 in Orlando, Florida the Saturday after Thanksgiving when his 1999 SUV was involved in a horrific accident.

According to the report obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Anthony’s car “traveled off the right shoulder.” He “attempted to swerve left back onto roadway,” but “lost control” of the vehicle that “began to overturn several times.”

George's SUV “traveled through right, center and left lanes coming to final rest off the median shoulder facing West upon my arrival to the scene.”

The police rendering obtained by Breaking Celebrity News showed the dramatic “crash damage” with a vehicle drawn and a red symbol indicating the initial impact.

A witness at the scene of the accident told Breaking Celebrity News about Casey’s father’s condition.

“There was blood everywhere. He hit his head pretty hard against the windshield and ended up with a large laceration," the eyewitness recalled.

The grandfather of Caylee Anthony, who disappeared in 2009, ended up being air lifted to a local hospital in “serious condition,” Florida Highway Patrol Lt. Montes told Breaking Celebrity News.

George's daughter Casey was acquitted of first degree murder of Caylee by a jury in 2011. She no longer speaks to her parents.
