Another 'Teen Mom' Baby? Farrah Abraham's Boyfriend Confesses Pregnancy Bombshell

Farrah Abraham has been begging for an engagement ring from her on-again, off-again boyfriend Simon Saran, but are they finally taking their relationship to the next level by welcoming a baby? Saran exclusively revealed to Breaking Celebrity News if they're expecting after she was spotted showing off a belly bump!
The Teen Mom OG stars sparked pregnancy rumors when Abraham was photographed with a possible baby bump while vacationing in Jamaica for her 26th birthday.
"Congrats! When are you due?" one user commented on the photo, as another wrote, "Is she pregnant? She looks prego here."
But Saran shut down the rumors, as he exclusively told Breaking Celebrity News, "She's not pregnant."
He even blamed her bump on splurging on soda while on vacation!
"I believe she had too much Dr. Pepper to drink for breakfast that left her looking bloated," he said.
Abraham shut down the rumors as well when she was caught on Snapchat drinking beer and cocktails.
The vacation comes days before Abraham is expected to face off with enemy Amber Portwood at the TMOG reunion special.
As Breaking Celebrity News exclusively reported, the season six reunion will film on June 3 and 4 in New York City.
In footage that aired in December, Portwood, 27, slapped Abraham across the face when she said that her fiancé Matt Baier looks like a "pedophile."
