Secret Split! Halle Berry Has Been Divorced From Olivier Martinez For Two Years

She’s been single for two years!
Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have been officially divorced for nearly two years Breaking Celebrity News exclusively learned.
Berry, 51, and Martinez, 52, were scheduled for an appearance at Los Angeles Superior Court on June 27, 2018 where their attorney told Breaking Celebrity News they were legally divorced.
Stephen Kolodny, Berry’s legal eagle, told Breaking Celebrity News exclusively that there was a clerical error and the judgement for their divorce was finalized on December 26, 2016.
“All is done, and everything is peaceful and quiet,” Kolodny told Breaking Celebrity News after briefly speaking to Commissioner James E. Blancerte during a sidebar in court.
The divorce case was bifurcated at some point, meaning Berry and Martinez were single by status only.
Halle initially filed for divorce from Martinez on October 26, 2015. The former couple have one child, Maceo, while Halle has a daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
