Two months after she was arrested for allegedly battering a police officer and an EMT, the troubled actress will be charged with three misdemeanors: two assault/battery charges, and resisting arrest, Breaking Celebrity News can confirm.

The star was “extremely intoxicated” during the incident, cops told Breaking Celebrity News.
In her first incident in February, she was also arrested for allegedly battering an officer. No pleaded not guilty to the charges.
After the latest arrest, she was quickly rushed to treatment, and currently remains in long-term care for her substance abuse and mental issues.
