Jennifer Hudson Claims Ex David ‘Taunted’ Her With Guns, Could Kidnap Son

Jennifer Hudson’s separation from fiancé of ten years David Otunga is getting uglier by the minute.
In the Voice coach’s emergency order of protection petition filed in Illinois’ Cook County court last night, she accused her baby daddy, 37, of “increasingly aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior” toward her — including intimidating her with a gun and whisking their son out of town without her consent.

She said she filed the petition “ex parte,” or without Otunga’s knowledge, because “if given notice, he will physically harm me, continually harass me, and/or take actions against my property, or seek to sequester my son, David Jr.”
“I am now living in fear of further actions David might take,” she added.
The 36-year-old Oscar winner detailed a November 15 incident in which she claimed he told their son, 8, to take video of his mother’s recording session at Chicago Recording Company.
The dad “told him to scan the room with the camera on his iPad in order for David to see who was present at the recording studio with us,” she alleged. “David then said, ‘Don’t let your mom’s boyfriend f***ing touch you.”
She claimed she is not dating a producer, despite Otunga’s beliefs.
When they returned to the couple’s residence, where they lived together despite being separated for the past six months, Hudson said Otunga “physically pushed me” while holding onto their son by the arm.
“I went to the police station and filed a formal complaint against David, and I was advised by the police to seek an order of protection,” she continued.
Local police confirmed the filing to Breaking Celebrity News.
"I can tell you that there is an open investigation. It is a domestic battery investigation,” Sergeant Dave Allen from the Burr Ridge Police Department told Breaking Celebrity News.
Hudson said her ex has also been “scaring” and “harassing” their son, and claimed the boy cried during the incident at the studio.
She also claimed that Otunga owns “at least one firearm,” and in September, “intentionally” left the gun on her kitchen counter in an apparent attempt to “taunt, intimidate and frighten” her.
“David knows that I am and have been very sensitive to firearms after my mother and brother were murdered by a firearm,” she said. (Hudson's family members were shot and killed in a 2008 tragedy.)
She requested the court order him to turn over his weapons to the county sheriff.
She went on to allege that Otunga has removed their son from school without her permission on November 10, and only found out through the child’s school.
“I am concerned and fearful that David may remove David Jr. from the state without notifying me,” she wrote. “As recently as November 15, 2017, David threatened to take David Jr. out of my physical possession.”
