Jodie Sweetin's relationship meltdown has gone from bad to worse! On Monday, the 35-year-old actress' former fiancé, Justin Hodak, was arrested for the third time in just over a week on charges he violated a temporary restraining order Sweetin recently filed against him.

New court documents, signed by Sweetin on March 23, show a judge had ordered Hodak, 40, to stay a minimum of 100 yards away from Sweetin, including her home and children's school, and avoid all direct and indirect contact with her or her family.
