Jon Gosselin revealed he lived in a "militant f***ing household" while married to his wife and former Jon & Kate Plus Eight co-star Kate Gosselin -- and is still haunted by their ongoing bad relationship every day.

The reality dad spilled his guts on Thursday night's VH1's Couples Therapy, in which he appeared with current girlfriend Liz Janetta.

The couple joined the TV house days after the other participants, a group also including former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong and Teen Mom-turned-[expletive] star Farrah Abraham.
