Jon Gosselin Posts New Photo With Daughter Hannah Amid Custody War With Kate

Jon Gosselin has posted a new photo of himself enjoying life with daughter Hannah.
The 41-year-old father-of-eight, who recently implied that he has custody of Hannah, 14, now, instead of his ex-wife Kate, shared an Instagram photo of their Philadelphia Eagles football game outing.
"We are Back!!! GO BIRDS ?!!! #philadelphiaeagles," Jon wrote as a caption to the smiling selfie of him and Hannah sitting in the stands as the football season began. The photo was apparently taken on Thursday, Sept. 6. The Eagles won.
Thrilled fans weighed in, with one writing, "you look so happy! Hannah l Hannah looks so happy!"
Another wrote, "So glad she's with you!"
A follower noted, "A beautiful picture of dad and daughter ?."
Jon recently confirmed rumors to fans, and said Hannah lives with him "permanently" on an Instagram live video.
The reality TV dad, who now works as a DJ, has faced financial trouble in the midst of an apparently expensive custody battle with Kate, 43. He set up a GoFundMe page to cover the cost of his legal fees.
As Breaking Celebrity News exclusively revealed, Kate, and Jon's years-long custody fight has been ramped up in recent months.
According to private Pennsylvania court records viewed by Breaking Celebrity News, a judge made a big custody ruling on April 5, 2018 that set the mom of eight into a tizzy, and she fought tooth and nail to reverse the order.
She filed an appeal to her county's superior court in May, but it the court denied it.
