Judge Asks For All Materials As He Considers Bill Cosby’s Sexual Predator Status

This July, Bill Cosby was shocked when a shrink pronounced him a lifetime sex offender. Now, one month later, the shamed comedian could be one step closer to being marked a sexually violent predator, Breaking Celebrity News can report.
This Thursday, August 2, Pennsylvania judge Steven T. O’Neill ordered the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board to provide the defense Lawyer with “full and complete copies” of all materials the board considered in determining Cosby is a sexually violent predator.

Breaking Celebrity News readers know Cosby, 81, was convicted of aggravated indecent assault in April—14 years after he raped and drugged former Temple University staffer Andrea Constand, 45.
He has been on house arrest ever since, and recently got himself into ever more trouble when he decided to crack jokes at his July predator evaluation.
“He doesn’t care,” a source told Breaking Celebrity News at the time. “He said he’s going to jail anyway, so this evaluation won’t make a difference and he refuses to be told what to do by anyone—even his wife, let alone some stranger.”
