Kailyn Lowry feared for her safety months before she slapped Javi Marroquin with a protection from abuse order. In a Teen Mom 2 sneak peek, Lowry explained how her ex-husband showed up to her house unannounced. But Marroquin exclusively claimed to Breaking Celebrity News that he did nothing wrong.

In the clip, Lowry told baby daddy Jo Rivera, “He showed up through the basement and Isaac was like, ‘You’re not supposed to be here!’”

Rivera, who shares 6-year-old son Isaac with Lowry, then expressed how Marroquin’s behavior is concerning.

“That’s what pisses me off,” he said. “You need to have something in writing because that should not be happening. That to me is not acceptable at all. I don’t like picking up my son and he’s f*****g scared.”

Rivera continued, “If he’s crazy enough to just f*****g walk into your house then what the f**k else is he going to do. That scares the s**t out of me.”

But his fiancée Vee Torres came to Marroquin’s defense.

“I feel like you’re making him out to be a f*****g psycho,” Torres said. “He’s going through a divorce!”

Marroquin exclusively told Breaking Celebrity News of the incident, “It’s not trespassing when it’s my house. That’s it.”

As Breaking Celebrity News reported, Lowry filed a protection from abuse order from Marroquin.

“Kail filed a PFA against Javi for harassment and showing up at her home aggressively,” an insider close to Lowry told Breaking Celebrity News. “She doesn’t want that around her boys.”

Marroquin told Breaking Celebrity News how he signed a consent PFA, which means there is no evidence of abuse.

“I just can’t contact her unless it’s in regards to Lincoln for a year,” he said of their 3-year-old son.

He added how the legal action is “pathetic.”

“Her and the world know I would never threaten or put my hands on her,” he said. “As a man, I have my proof and will get out of it.”

The order comes only a week after Breaking Celebrity News exclusively reported that Lowry is expecting her third child with her third baby daddy.
