Chicago's Birth Certificate Revealed! Surrogate Not Listed On Kimye Baby's Docs

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did not list the name of their surrogate on their baby's birth certificate, according to the official document obtained by Breaking Celebrity News.
The papers reveal Chicago West was born at 12:47 AM on Monday January 15 at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, CA.
The identity of KimYe‘s surrogate was exclusively identified by Breaking Celebrity News as San Diego resident La’Reina Haynes.
As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported exclusively, the Wests have already paid Haynes a visit after she delivered their third child.
Meanwhile, according to a contract between Haynes and the famous couple, Kim and Kanye paid Haynes a mere $68K for bringing Chicago to term.
What's more — Haynes was ordered to stay far away from “soft cheese” and if she was to get a massage while bringing pregnant, she could only do so with a special almond oil, Breaking Celebrity News previously revealed.
The contract stated, however, that Kim would have to pay her a visit after giving birth.
