Dr. Jen Arnold had to cut her trip to adopt her daughter with dwarfism in India short because of a medical emergency and in this emotional clip of the upcoming episode of The Little Couple reveals the heartbreak she went through when she learned that she had stage 3 cancer.

Explaining her diagnosis, a somber Jen said it meant she had a rapidly growing tumor in her uterus that metastasized to tumors in her lungs, but thankfully not her brain or liver.
