Tragic Nicole Brown Simpson's sister is the family's latest alleged victim of domestic violence, forcing her to file a restraining order after claiming THREE vicious attacks by her own sibling, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively report.

Tanya Brown – sister of O.J. Simpson's murdered ex-wife — claimed she suffered assaults at the hands of her older sibling Dominique, 53, hurting her badly enough to seek a restraining order from an Orange County, California court.

In a transcript of the court proceedings obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, 48-year-old Tanya's lawyer, John Smith, said: "In your declaration you set out three different instances of physical assault upon you by your sister, Dominique; is that correct?"

After she responds yes, he then asked: "Recently you were given some pause because Dominique then started texting and telephoning you … Did it give you cause for concern that Dominique was spiraling?"

Tanya answered that the second statement was correct, and a domestic violence restraining order was granted by the judge.

At the time of the proceedings in 2016, Dominique had checked herself into Texas Star recovery center for a 90-day treatment program to get help, court records indicate. As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Dominique was arrested for a DUI in 2014, and was sentenced to community service and an alcohol program. According to court records, she had been to rehab several times before the arrest.

The one-year restraining order expired in 2017, and it is unknown if Tanya and Dominique are back on speaking terms.

Domestic violence is an issue tragically all too close to the family. The Brown family started the Nicole Brown Simpson Foundation after her stabbing death in 1994 to stop abuse. Tanya has frequently spoken out on behalf of the foundation.

The Brown family maintain Nicole was beaten by O.J. in the years leading up to her murder, which — although he was acquitted at trial — many still believe the fallen football star committed.
