O.J. Simpson could be headed back to prison after his drunken breakdown in Las Vegas, Breaking Celebrity News has learned exclusively.

The Juice, 70, was kicked out of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Sin City Wednesday night after allegedly causing a drunken disturbance, according to reports — and he's since been ordered to report to probation!

As condition of Simpson's parole, he cannot drink or certainly can't drink to intoxication, a source tells Breaking Celebrity News — so, if it's determined he was drunk, he could be thrown back behind bars!

A snitch also spills to Breaking Celebrity News the Las Vegas Police have a "permanent tail" on Simpson and "are waiting to pounce the minute he screws up!"

The disgraced former NFL star is also said to have been permanently banned from the Cosmo after hotel staff claim he was being disruptive to other customers at the Clique bar located inside the ritzy Vegas establishment.

Reports claim Simpson's behavior got so out of control that glasses at the bar broke which prompted a call to hotel security, who eventually removed the troubled star from the premises.

Breaking Celebrity News has also obtained Las Vegas police audio recorded just after Simpson's alleged boozy breakdown in which you hear the dispatcher say "Orenthal is here."

Simpson was released from jail last month after serving nine years for a botched hotel robbery in 2007.
