Paris Jackson celebrated her 15th birthday with Debbie Rowe, and Breaking Celebrity News has the video of their mother-daughter day together.

This was the first time Michael Jackson’s daughter and her mother have been seen in public together since Paris was an infant, and they went shopping and out to dinner in L.A. Sunday.

In the video, Debbie walks out to her truck and Paris follows, wearing short shorts and waving to the photographers.

Michael and Debbie were married from 1996 to 1999, and she gave birth to Paris and her older brother Prince Michael, but gave up all rights to them following their divorce.
