No Jail For Sicko Roman Polanski! Prosecutors Say Case Is Too Old To Take Action
Jan. 9 2018, Updated 3:09 p.m. ET
Prosecutors will not be bringing charges against Roman Polanski in his underage sexual assault case, because the statute of limitations has reportedly expired! As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, the longtime director was accused of having molested a 10-year-old girl in 1975.
The (now grown-up) woman spoke out about the alleged crime, and the LAPD began a thorough investigation. Now, it seems, no actions will be taken after all.
As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, the 84-year-old fled the United States to go live in France after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old in 1978.
While Roman Polanski has not spoken out about his latest underage sexual assault case, his lawyer, Harland Braun, assured the allegations are untrue. Regardless – as the Associate Press reported – prosecutors have deemed the case too old to bring up charges against the sleazy director.
