Track Palin has been bailed out of jail after five days behind bars on domestic violence charges, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively report.
“He was able to make a deal with the judge that he can be on house arrest instead of a third party,” a family insider told Breaking Celebrity News. “He will have an ankle monitor with GPS on it. He can’t go near his parents’ home, or any liquor stores. He is allowed to still go to work — if they keep him employed.”
The Department of Corrections confirmed that Track, 28, is no longer in custody.
After a few days behind bars, Track hired a high-powered lawyer, who set up a bail review hearing on December 20.
As Breaking Celebrity News reported, Track was arrested for breaking into his parents’ Wasilla, Alaska home and beating his father, Todd, who was left bloodied and bruised in the aftermath.
In addition to felony burglary charges and misdemeanor assault charges, his ex-wife Britta Hanson filed a temporary restraining order against him, and ex-girlfriend Jordan Loewe filed to take away Track’s visits with his 1-year-old son Charlie.
