Scarlett Johansson’s sporadic meeting with now-boyfriend Colin Jost may not have been a coincidence at all, Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

According to a source, the 32-year-old actress’ BFF Kate McKinnon, 33, was the one behind the unlikely hookup.

As Straight Shuter can report, Johansson and McKinnon became very close after filming Rough Night, which came out earlier this year.

Johansson reportedly complained to McKinnon about never getting to meet great men – a comment which the SNL veteran took to heart.

Weekend Update co-host Jost, 35, and McKinnon have been great friends for a while now, and according to pals, The Big Gay Sketch Show actress thought the comedian hunk and Johansson would make a great match.

While the relationship is still new and “not that serious,” sources confirm the new couple is having “a great time.”

As Breaking Celebrity News reported, Johansson and her new man were spotted enjoying their 4th of July weekend in Montauk with the actor’s family.

According to showbiz insiders, upon first meeting the Hollywood bombshell, Jost was “star struck,” and she was “all over him.”

While Johansson is currently battling a rocky divorce with ex hubby Romain Dauriac, her legal drama hasn’t stopped her from getting it on with the SNL funnyman.
