In her bid to shrug off the cruel label and turn back the hands of time, the mother-of two splashed out for the cosmetic procedures just before filming the eighth season of the hit reality TV show.

But, she shouldn't expect to receive approval from her arch enemies, Gretchen and Tamra Barney, who are caught on camera in a new preview for the upcoming season bitching about Vicki's new look.

"I just want you to look at this picture and tell me what you think," Tamra says to Gretchen. "That's Vicki. Does she not look different, look at the chin? She got a chin implant."
