EXCLUSIVE COURT PAPERS: Jesse James' Alleged Mistress Supports 'White Power,' Gives Nazi Salute, Says Ex Husband

The woman who allegedly had an affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James supports ‘white power,’ gives the Nazi salute and does pornographic shoots in her home in the San Diego area, according to charges in court papers obtained exclusively by Breaking Celebrity News.
In this photo, you can see her tattoo that has the initials “w” and “p”, meaning white power, on the back of her legs.
Michelle “Bombshell” McGee says she carried on an 11-month affair with Jesse James, who apologized to Bullock Thursday. In court papers connected to her divorce from and custody battle with Ronald Shane Modica, Michelle is portrayed as being bi-polar and using drugs.

In a declaration filed January 27 of this year, Modica says of his ex-wife: “It seems as the years go by Avery’s mother slips more and more into stripping, pills, alcohol and performances she does online, pornography that she has brought into her home. There have been pornographic shoots there and live WEB cam pornographic broadcasts from her house.”
Avery is their son and the center of a custody battle.

Modica also charges about his ex wife: “There are coffins in the living room and child block magnets on the refrigerator that spell out White Power…her other son Elijah is Jewish and she thinks it’s funny that she makes the Nazi salute.”
Michelle claims in court papers that Modica has been violent with her and obtained a temporary restraining order on Feb. 22, 2008, as this court battle has raged for years.
According to Modica, Michelle is bipolar and “has also been dating gang members, one of whom showed up at my doorstep in I suppose a way to intimidate me.”
He goes on to say in his declaration: “I believe that Michelle is mentally ill and should be in the care of a therapist which the court ordered her to see, but she refuses to do so. She is supposed to take medication for bi polar disorder but she doesn’t.”
