EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay's Lawyer: She's In Compliance With Her Probation

Lindsay Lohan is in compliance with the terms of her probation, her lawyer tells Breaking Celebrity News.
Shawn Chapman Holley shot down reports on Friday that Lindsay had violated probation in connection to court ordered alcohol education classes.
Holley told Breaking Celebrity News: "Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes.
"For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation,"
The statement from Lindsay's lawyer contradicts reports that claim Lindsay has missed class for as many as 20 days in a row.
The alcohol education program hasn't notified the court of any problems with Lohan, Breaking Celebrity News has learned. That notification is made only when someone misses the class for more than 21 days.
Judge Marsha Revel has been overseeing Lindsay's progress.
Lindsay has been the center of a storm of controversy with her father calling for her to go into rehab. Meanwhile, Breaking Celebrity News reported exclusively Friday that Michael Lohan's lawyer and Lindsay's lawyer have agreed to meet in person next week and talk about Lindsay.
