Randy and Evi Quaid are continuing their tour of five-star hotels and allegedly trying to skip out without paying the bill, Breaking Celebrity News has learned exclusively.
DOCUMENTS: Lawsuit Against The Quaids & Countersuit
The movie star and his wacky wife are being sued again for stiffing a hotel out of a $24,859.07 in September 2009, but in a rambling counter complaint the Quaids allege an invasion of privacy, unethical use of Randy’s name and an embarrassing encounter with two camels.

The couple is accused of running up the enormous bill after staying at the Cibolo Creek Ranch for 10 months, which is 200 miles outside of El Paso, Texas.
Their website says they welcome visitors with “Texas Hospitality,” but it seems the Quaids are no longer welcome.
The lawsuit filed last month also included an itemized list of the Quaids bills that includes a room rate going from $278 to $428 a night depending on the season. The Quaids were charged with items such as "$5.99 for bacon for dog," and "$32 for 4 lbs of turkey for puppy."
The Quaids have filed a counter complaint that claims that Evi “transferred thirty thousand dollars to the Cibolo Creek Ranch account” to pay the bill and employee tips.
The counter complaint also includes a copy of the bank withdrawal slip for $30,000. Evi claims there was a banking error and only $3,000 was sent to the hotel. But she now claims the hotel may actually have been overpaid, because of even more banking errors.
Evi alleges the Ranch announced the arrival of the Quaids on their website, “using my husband’s celebrity as an advertising ploy to attract business to the ranch.”
She also writes “It is also an unethical breach of privacy by Cibolo Creek against one of its clients.”
And this is where the complaint gets really crazy. Evi details an embarrassing incident with two camels. She saw the camels on a freeway and an 18-wheel FedEx truck was bearing down on them. She tried to wave them off to no avail. So she got in her car “and drove it straight at the camel forcing it safely out of the road just before the FedEx truck barreled through.”
