Mel & Oksana's Lawyers In Court With Cops, Child Protective Services

Lawyers for Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva appeared in court Thursday as the couple’s war continues to get worse.
A lawyer for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services plus two Sgt Dan Scott and Sgt Tim Maclean of the Special Victims Unit, which investigates child abuse and sexual assaults,are also present in the hallway outside the courtroom, and could be called to testify.
Breaking Celebrity News is on the scene as the judge is conducting a closed-court hearing and we are exclusively revealing that Mel has hired criminal attorney Blair Berk to represent him and she is in the courtroom.
Oksana has two lawyers present.
Neither Oksana nor Mel are there.
Oksana alleges that Mel punched her in the face and knocked out her two front teeth. There are photos that show her damaged teeth, as Breaking Celebrity News first reported.
Explosive tapes released exclusively by Breaking Celebrity News reveal Mel threatening Oksana several times and appearing to admit he hit her. He is in a rage on much of the tapes.
And Breaking Celebrity News reported exclusively Thursday that Oksana claims Mel hit their infant daughter when he punched her in the face. A source tells us there are photos of bruises on the baby’s face.
