Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of MTV’s The Jersey Shore was arrested last week for disorderly conduct and Breaking Celebrity News has obtained the police report regarding the incident.

According to the document, Snooki initially refused the arrest attempt.

A source said Snooki had been drinking Patron before the incident. “J-WOWW was spotted trying to talk Snooki into going back into the house,” a friend said. “But Snooki was out of control and seemed drunk.”  New castmember Deena was also present.
