Lindsay Lohan will be on tonight's MTV Video Music Awards, Breaking Celebrity News.com has confirmed. The troubled starlet will be making a brief appearance during the early minutes of the show, a source tells us.

Lindsay will be hitting the VMA stage after a whirlwind trip into New York where she met up with mom Dina, sister Ali and brother Cody for the first time since she was released from rehab. She also took in a quick Fashion Week meet-up with Kim Kardashian.

Although one of the terms of Lindsay's probation initially included no trips outside of California, that was since modified, another source tells Breaking Celebrity News.
