Mary Delgado, the former two-time contestant on The Bachelor is no longer facing a DUI charge, Breaking Celebrity News has learned exclusively.

Delgado's attorney Dina Sheridan told Breaking Celebrity News that the DUI charge was reduced to reckless driving, and that the former reality star will not serve any jail time.

As part of her sentence, Delgado will perform 50 hours of community service, but plans to buyout 25 hours at $10 an hour, according to Sheridan.

Delgado will be on probation until she completes community service and a DUI awareness class.

Delgado was a contestant on The Bachelor in both 2003 and 2004.

In her second appearance on the show, she was ultimately proposed to by Bachelor Byron Velvick, a professional bass fisherman from Nevada.

This isn't Delgado's first run-in with the law. She was arrested in 2007 in Seminole, Florida on battery charges for allegedly punching Velvick in the face.
