The film Tower 69: Malibu Beach Patrol Beach Featuring 3D [expletive] is going to be released for free on YouTube and promises, in Spencer’s own words, lots of “[expletive].”

Beyond the typical bouncing beach babes, Pratt says the movie has lots of surprises that make it more “avant-garde.” It has “an early 1960s cinema verite flavor,” Spencer says.
