Mel Gibson's criminal attorney wasn't the only member of Team Gibson served with a subpoena at a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday -- the actor's nanny got one too.

Oksana Grigorieva’s lawyers want to question “Anne” — who looks after the former lover’s one-year-old daughter Lucia — about Mel’s suitability to have custody.

It was not clear why “Anne”, who is one of several people who work as part of Mel’s personal staff, was at the hearing.
