Lindsay Lohan reunited with her estranged father Michael on Sunday when the two took a trip to a local Palm Desert, California shopping center and only Breaking Celebrity News has the exclusive photos.

“Michael and Lindsay were at the mall for quite a while, but spent most of their time in a jewelry store,” an eyewitness told Breaking Celebrity News.

Michael dropped Lindsay off at  the Betty Ford Center and returned to the jewelry store. “He purchased something Lindsay had her eye on and seemed overjoyed by their reunion,” the eyewitness said.

Breaking Celebrity News was the first to tell you about the emotional reunion, and the photos show the 24-year-old actress smiling as she’s walking and talking with her father and an unnamed friend.

“She appeared genuinely happy to be spending time with her father,” the source said.

After completing roughly five weeks of rehab at Betty Ford, Lindsay will undergo therapy with Michael, in an attempt to get to the bottom of the bad feelings she has toward her father, Breaking Celebrity News has learned exclusively.
