EXCLUSIVE: Judge Reads Lindsay Lohan's Criminal File, Takes No Immediate Action

Seems like things may be finally looking up for Lindsay Lohan after her troubled past year -- at least for now.
Breaking Celebrity News has learned exclusively that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox has reviewed Lohan's criminal file relating to an alleged assault against a former Betty Ford employee, and has determined to take no immediate action against the 24-year-old star.
As Breaking Celebrity News exclusively reported Lohan's Palm Desert police report was personally delivered to the Judge last week and was immediately placed under seal.
A source close to the situation tells Breaking Celebrity News: "Judge Fox read the report, and put it back in Lohan's file. Right now, based on what he has read, he won't be taking any action against Lindsay."
Lohan had been placed under investigation of battery against Dawn Holland, the former Betty Ford staff worker who claims she was hit by the Mean Girls star.
Holland initially filed a police report against Lohan, but then announced through her lawyer, Keith Davidson, that she wouldn't cooperate if Lindsay was prosecuted.
But Lohan isn't home and
