Breaking Celebrity News will reveal the results of Charlie Sheen's blood and urine tests exclusively on ABC's Good Morning America at 7:30am ET.

Our Senior Executive Editor Dylan Howard will join hosts George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts to detail whether the Two and a Half Men star returned positive or negative results to Breaking Celebrity News's series of tests, administered at his Los Angeles mansion on Saturday.

Sheen, 45, had three vials of blood tested by a court-certified toxicology laboratory for the following panel of drugs: amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids, cocaine metabolite, methadone, opiates, phencyclidine, propoxyphene and ethyl alcohol.

The urine sample w
