Ted Williams -- the homeless man dubbed "The Man With The Golden Voice" -- looked every bit the Dapper Dan as he stepped out in Beverly Hills Tuesday night, and Breaking Celebrity News has the brand new pic.

Williams -- wearing a trendy leather jacket with black shirt and tan slacks -- was snapped outside the posh eatery Mastros. It was the first time we've seen him since his brief stint in rehab.

As Breaking Celebrity News has previously reported, Williams, 53, entered rehab on January 12 for drug and alcohol abuse after admitting on the Dr. Phil Show that he still struggled with addiction.
